Conditions for returns

• You must notify us of the issue within 5 calendar days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

• Return requests must include your full name, order number, and clear photographs of the defect.

Non-eligible returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect sizing due to customer error
